How To Use It Wisely!

Using a mild acidic toner helps to refine the skin texture and balance the skin’s pH level to slightly acidic, hence improving the absorption of vitamin C.

Additionally, it’s not recommended to apply moisturizer immediately after applying vitamin C skincare products.
After applying Carecella Bio-K Apple-C Serum, which has a pH range of 3.2 to 3.5, it’s better to wait a while before applying a moisturizer with a pH level similar to that of the skin (5.5 to 7). Applying a moisturizer with a higher pH right after the serum may raise the pH level, potentially reducing the absorption of vitamin C.

However, for those with sensitive or severely dry skin when using it alone, please try the following.

1. Start by using a small amount of vitamin C skincare product and gradually increase the amount through an adaptation period.

2. After allowing the product to absorb sufficiently (at least 5 minutes), apply a small amount of moisturizer.

As your skin gradually adapts, you can apply them separately with some time gap in between.
