SPF stands for “Sun Protectant Factor” and it indicates how well a product will protect your skin from UVB rays.

PA

PA stands for Protection grade of UVA, which means it blocks UVA that causes skin aging. In other words, the more ‘+’, the higher the blocking power. (In general, each ‘+’ means that the sun protection effect protects the skin 2 to 4 times. That is, ++++ means 8 times or more.

UVA

Once the UVA penetrates into the dermis it causes skin to age by decreasing the level of collagen and hyaluronic acid within the dermis.

UVB

Ultraviolet B (UVB) is a ray that can cause sunburn. It can cause redness, freckles and other blemishes to the skin.
